As part of its “India Corners” initiative across Midwest universities, the Consulate launched an "India Corner" at Indiana University Bloomington, donating a rich collection of books covering India's culture, history, economy, science, technology, and politics. Consul General handed over the books to Mr. David Bosco, Interim Dean of the Hamilton Lugar School of Global & International Studies, underscoring the importance of enhancing global awareness on trade and economic opportunities emerging from India. Indiana University Bloomington founded in 1820 currently hosts 48,000+ students. It is known for its research excellence and innovation. During the event, Consul General addressed some of Indian students, reiterating Consulate support. The initiative received great appreciation from faculty, students, and the IU community.
