Consulate supported the 45th Minnesota St. Paul International Film Festival (MSPIFF45) in Minneapolis from April 8-19, showcasing eight films exploring India and the Indian experience. From intimate personal journeys to vibrant cultural narratives, these selections reflect the diversity and global resonance of Indian storytelling. As one of the largest and longest-running US film festivals, MSPIFF features over 200 films from 100+ countries, alongside panels and filmmaker discussions. An Indian Film Reception on April 11 brought together diaspora leaders, directors, critics, and community members, strengthening cultural ties, visibility, and meaningful dialogue around Indian cinema. The event encouraged collaboration and future artistic partnerships globally.
