The Consulate General of India hosted “Indian Textiles and Their Revival,” an event celebrating the enduring legacy of India’s traditional handloom and textiles. Renowned textile conservator Ms. Pavitra Muddaya from Karnataka delivered an insightful presentation on preserving the country’s rich fabric heritage. The gathering was graced by Ms. Najma Heptullah, former Vice Chairperson of Rajya Sabha, alongside over 100 members from diplomatic corps and Indian diaspora.
